Allegiance, a provider of VOCi (Voice of Customer Intelligence) technology and services, today announced that Jennifer Beyer, former director of market research at Fidelity Investments, has been named vice president of best practices at Allegiance. With in-depth knowledge in developing successful programs that drive customer acquisition and retention, Beyer will counsel Allegiance customers on building an actionable VOC program.

In Beyer’s previous position at Fidelity Investments, she led a team of research analysts and was responsible for presenting market insights across the organization, from front line representatives to the president and executive team. She also developed and managed B2B and B2C customer satisfaction studies, including data architecture, reporting, analytics, and market insights. Her contributions helped the firm to win Forrester Research’s Voice of the Customer Award in 2011.

“A common pitfall in this industry is too much focus on the data and on data collecting, while not bringing insights to front line employees so they can make changes that positively impact the organization,” said Beyer. “I believe that Allegiance is extraordinarily innovative. They are pushing the technology to provide insights that make companies more profitable.”

“We are thrilled to have someone of Jennifer’s caliber and experience to work with our customers and share real-world experience in the financial services industry,” said Adam Edmunds, president and CEO of Allegiance. “Her understanding of how to identify the key metrics impacting the customer experience and in empowering employees to take action will be invaluable in helping our customers improve satisfaction, loyalty and retention.”

Beyer earned a B.A. in business from Saint Leo University and her M.B.A. in Global Business Leadership at Johnson and Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island.
